In films, video games, and real life, the most formidable characters all share one trait:
Something burns stubbornly inside them.

It gives the character an “A-button” to open the door, swing the sword, take on a boss fight, while navigating an unforgiving, hostile world. It becomes their power to endure and their strength to fight. It rams through adversity and their own fear, driving the story forward. That's why the origin story is more magnetic to me than the triumph. It's the furnace that gives us a protagonist, a quest, and a sword. 

The pit breeds the bull. 

Cinema lets us spectate a character. Gaming lets us pilot one. But neither steps out of the screen and into reality. What if a character’s hunger and grit had a physical form? Something that lets you inhabit the character and inherit their defining strength, emotional depth, and perpetual fight. I call it Aggronium. 

To give every shadow a name.
